Terms of Service

By using this site, the User agrees to abide by all the Terms and Conditions as set forth below.

  1. File types.
    We only work with Lightroom SmartPreviews files. Once your order is complete we will send you back a completed Lightroom Catalog. 
  2. Turnaround.
    Our standard turnaround for most of the year for weddings is 10 business days. During our peak season we may extend our turnaround, but you’ll always be told upfront if we need more time.

  3. Refunds.
    Each client is different and we highly appreciate it. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will make changes according to your wishes. We do not issue full refunds unless the photos are damaged due to our fault.

  4.  Storage.
    We continue to store the processed files of your order for 30 days after completion. The customer is notified by e-mail about the readiness of the order. Any possible problems with the order must be resolved within this 30 day period.

  5. Communication.
    Our cooperation is based on mutual respect. We adhere to the norms of etiquette in communication. In case of rudeness on the part of the client, we reserve the right not to fulfill the order without a refund.
